USWHA Member Conference Passes
As part of annual dues, each Member Group receives conference passes based on the total number of OB-GYN physicians in the group. These conference passes are available when registering using your MemberConnect login. Additional passes may be purchased for $1,000.

  • Please Note: Members must be logged in to utilize their Member benefit pass, which is applied on the payment page (page 4) during registration. Member Group dues for 2026 must be paid to use your benefit pass for registration. Please reach out to josephine@uswha.com with questions.

Non-Member Conference Pass
If you are not a USWHA Member and are an Industry Partner or Provider Guest who has been invited to attend the USWHA Conference, you will need to purchase a conference pass.

Guest
If you are registered for the conference and would like to bring a guest (21+) to a social event (Thursday and Friday evening dinner events), you must purchase passes for each event for your guest to participate. These passes may be added on at the time of online registration and must be purchased in advance of the conference. Dinner social events are the only options for guests to attend. Other conference meals (breakfast and lunches) are for conference attendees only.
