Travel & Transportation: 

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 48.0 mi/59 minutes from the resort. 

Self-parking at the resort is located in the parking lot directly across the street from the front entrance. The fee for overnight guests is $38, but with the USWHA discounted rate, it is $28 for dates April 7-12, 2026. Resort dining parking is $18, and you must have a validation sticker. 

Valet Parking is also available for overnight guests. This will be $48, and for resort dining guests, $28 (you must have a validation sticker).

Member Well-Being Activity: Kayaking Through the Mangroves

Thursday, April 9th | 12:45 – 3:15 PM

Kayak through Marco Island’s scenic mangrove tunnels with expert biologist and naturalist tour guides, while looking for wildlife like tree crabs, huge conch shells, osprey, heron, dolphins, and more! You will learn all about the mangrove trees, the history of Marco Island, and all the wildlife that lives there. Everyone gets their own single-seater kayak with a cup holder and a comfortable high-back seat. They also have 2-seater kayaks if you would like to buddy up. The water is usually waist-deep and easy to paddle. Guests are welcome. 

What's Included: Round-trip transportation, 1.5-hour guided mangrove tunnel tour, kayaks, bottled water, paddles, free HD photos of your tour, and equipment.

Cost & Timeline: $95 per person.

12:45 PM – Load vehicles
1:00 PM – Depart for Capri Paddle Park
1:15 PM – Guests fitted into kayaks
1:30 – 3:00 PM – Guided kayak tour
3:00 – 3:15 PM – Return to resort

The cancellation deadline for this activity is Friday, March 27th. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.

Member Well-Being Sunrise Beach Walk

Saturday, April 11th | 6:45 – 7:45 AM

Start your day with fellow USWHA Members on a peaceful sunrise walk along the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. Coffee will be provided! Dr. Tracy Cook, Chair of the Member Well-being Committee, will lead this event.

Cancellations:
Purchased conference passes are eligible for a full refund until March 12, 2026. After the cancellation date, we cannot issue refunds as the headcount for food/beverage and events will have already been finalized with our vendors. ​
